05 August 2017 One of our company have lot of trainee or apprentices.company makes stipend payment to the above trainees for every month. Is that company has to make payment of GST under RCM on the above stipend ?

Stipend is also consider as salary. So, its not under RCM...

And also waiting other experts reply...

04 September 2017 Stipend paid to apprentice / interns will be treated as employer-employee transactions. Hence, not liable for GST under RCM. This is also clarified under Tweet FAQ
