27 May 2019 I have allotted a sand mine in UP for which quarterly lease rentals to be paid to the state government. Whether RCM is applicable on the lease rentals payable to state government?

29 May 2019 Thank you very much sir. I have one more doubt regarding this sir that one lease rental has been paid before getting GST number in UP state. Do I have to pay gst under RCM on such lease rent also which has been paid before getting GST number in UP?
