22 January 2018 My vendor is registered in GST. If he provide transportation service to me (registered) then RCM will apply or not..??

22 January 2018 Your vendor is a goods transport agency then reverse charge applicable whether he is registered under GST or not.

22 January 2018 That also depends whether you are registered or not..also factor like are you a partnership firm or a co operative society or factory etc..
