17 April 2018 The CBEC has notified that the reverse charge mechanism (RCM), under Section 9(4) of the CGST Act, 2017/ Section 5(4) of the IGST Act, 2017, has been further deferred/ suspended till 30 June 2018, in line with GST Council recommendations dt. 10 March 2018.
