14 September 2017 isn't the Excemption of Rs. 5,000/- is per GSTIN, A Company having branches in different states, Keeping accounts separately at each states, filing returns also separately. How will they know the purchases from URD in other states and accumulate it?? to consider the same for RCM liability???
