For supplies received from unregistered persons, is exemption limit of 5000 per day available per GSTIN or per PAN across India

Such exemption is available to a registered person. So exemption is per PAN across India.

isn't the Excemption of Rs. 5,000/- is per GSTIN, A Company having branches in different states, Keeping accounts separately at each states, filing returns also separately. How will they know the purchases from URD in other states and accumulate it?? to consider the same for RCM liability???
