21 April 2022 One of my client is a GTA. If he issued a invoice to registered person then, the receiver pay the gst under rcm basis.

Question
If he issued a invoice to unregistered person then, he(GTA) is liable to pay gst on rcm basis / Or shown in exmepted supplies in gstr-1
