Please tell me, if Unregistered Service Provider Providing Security Services to Registered Company then RCM will be applicable.?
And what if, Service Provider is Registered.?

09 December 2019 If security agency registered and charging GST in their invoice, then no RCM. Otherwise RCM will applicable.

09 December 2019 So it is not mandatory to charge GST in invoice by security services ,is it.? If Service provider doesn't charge GST then RCM would be applicable.?
