Dear sir,
we paid Rs 2500/ to plumber dated 24.9.2017 and Rs 3200/ dated 25.9.2017 to electrician they provide us bill without GST .Do we have to pay gst on it RCM base .

No need...
If it's under 5k ceiling limit in a day then no need RCM liability...
In case any other expenses ll be in the particular day and it's total above 5k then RCM applicable...
