Dear sir,
one our client is a doctor and is running a nursing home. For some legal case of nursing home has paid Rs 50000/- to one Advocate. The Charges are debited in Profit and loss account Will he be liable for registration under Reverse Charge

Doctor running nursing home is exempted from registration. Though for RCM registration is compulsory but there is a clarification from the department that if the person is providing exempted supply then he need not registered for RCM.
