18 October 2017 After the latest GST council meeting, is the concept of RCM completely waived till 31.03.18 or do I need to pay RCM on freight inwards from GTA while filing GSTR 3B?

18 October 2017 GTA related RCM is still applicable also u/s 9(3) related activities RCM applicable... Suspended only sec 9(4) from 13th October to 31st March 17...
