15 July 2017 i have to pay tax on RCM on ALL KIND of office expenses paid to unregistered dealer for providing goods or services or for only legal fees and transport ?
and how to pass entry in tally software ?

15 July 2017 Not required if such transaction are below Rs.5000/- per day from all unregistered persons.
However if limit of Rs.5000/- crossed then tax to be paid on whole.
