Dear sir , please clarify , Reverse Charge Mechanism will apply on Annual Maintenance Contracts.

AMC will be treated as a 'Works Contract' when it involves transfer of property in goods.
I.e, if the contractor uses some consumables or some warranty goods while executing the work, then it would be treated as a Works Contract.
Since Works Contract is covered in the notification (No 30/2012), (50-50 is the liability), RCM is applicable.
