Is service tax is applicable for the Raw Water Supply made by Landowner for the rental premises to tennants.

Is it legal to charge amount for Raw Water? Does the municipality rules allow such sale? Please confirm.

If it is Reverse Osmosis (RO) then the applicable of Service tax is Ok is in it.
