We were purchased materials from Outside india. PAying custom and excise duty.
i.e 10% BCD,
12% CVD,
2% Custom edu,cess
1% custom sec & h.edu cess
and 4%. addl.duty.
i would like how much can we claim for credit

You can take the cenvat credit on the part of CVD and SAD.
