Please give me the clarity on Net worth,Shareholder's Equity, shareholder's fund & Capital Employed. I always get confused about them.

2.equity means equity shares
3.share holder funds share capital+security premium+profit & loss + general reserve- fictitious assts
4.capital employed means shares holder fund+loan fund

But please explain about Net worth & Shareholder Equity (not only equity shares) i.e. what is mean by it & its formulae, also is it ok to use capital employed = Fixed Asset + Working Capital.
