Its depend on your income that how much you have received as income.
If your income is less than Rs. 10,00,000 then you are free to take service tax registration.
In your Statement of Income and Expenditure will only shows your professional income.
If your income is less than Rs. 10,00,000 then you are free to take service tax registration.
