M/s Absolute Filteration had provide oil filteration service of turbine to GSECL.Absolute filteration register as Firm .provide rate of tds & section of tds.

TDS to be deducted @ 2% u/s 194C subject to threshold limit.
Threshold limit:
Single transaction Rs 30000/-
Annual Total Rs 75000/-
IF PAN not provided TDS to be deducted @20%
