we are manufacturing plastic creates and plasic pallets and charging vat@ 4% assessing authority are in view that plasic pallets are not article for conveyance and cannot be covered under packing material,hence taxable @12.5%

Please check up, it may listed as Industrial /inputs under MVAT Act

Plastic creates has been listed an the list of industrial input and packing materialunder HPVAT Act however plasic pallet has not specifically define. Can plasic pallets can be covered under packing mateial. advice
