We are selling goods from Vadodara to Bhutan charging excise because money received in INR, I would like to know whether sales tax will be applicable or not??????

The Section 5 of the CST Act,1956 does not speak about the currency of realisation of export proceeds. In such situation, no condition can be put up and deny the benefit of the said provision.
