Rate of service tax on liquor serving restaurants

Is there ant change with effect from 1st april 2012?

An ac restaurant has license to serve liquor and it has sold the followings:-
Drinks amount :- 1500
Food amount :- 250
Discount given :- 100
The vat rate applicable on drinks is 13.5% & on food is 14.5%. Kindly help in calculating service tax and vat in this case.
