A firm relected to only erection work & not dealing with supply.So,what is the service tax rate will applicable for this firm.As it is pay @10.3% in many cases.But in a certain case a company allow only 4.31% ST as that company deals with all supply & erection work.So,is it also applicable for the firm of 4.31% of service tax who is only amendented for erection work?

Dear Friend, Composit Tax is payable on certain types of works , which involves supply of materials as well as labour.This includes erection, installation, piping etc works. The rate is 4.8% +ED+SAED.
