10 January 2013 we Sold the property Amounting to Rs.1200000 of which agreement date is 01/08/2010 ,the advance of the same property Amounting to Rs.1000000 is received in F.Y.2009-10 and in F.Y.2012-13 Rs.100000 is received towards the balance.so Rs.100000 is taxed at what Rate 10.30% or 12.36%
