if a contract amount is 190000.00.which rate income tax will be deducted.what is criteria of surcharge in income tax..

For Contract 2%, for sub contract 1%
Provisions wef 01.10.09
If the contractee is indivisual / huf 1%
in any other case 2%
wef 01.04.08, no surcharge, except contractor/sub contractor is non resident.
