Experts,
I am having trouble regarding finding out rate of duty in this particular situation, please help me out. The situation is as below:
Situation and Rate Of Duty are as follws:-
1.On the date of Manufacture 10%
2.On the date of Goods tran-
from factory to warehouse 12%
3.On the date of goods sold
to buyers from warehouse Goods Were
Exempt By
Notification
Also provide details of any relevant case laws and decisions made, any other provisions regarding the above.
Please reply ASAP.

If goods are cleared from factory after duty payment then goods are exemption then duty will not be reverse even if goods will cleared from warehouse.
