As part of dairy industry, AMCU is used for for analysing the milk components. It is an electronic device which has display, Modem, Data Processing Unit and milk ANyalser Machine and it runs with the help of software. Under what head of assets will the same be classified. Plant and Machinery @ 15% or Plant and Machinery @ 60% as per income tax act.
