one company act as a agent between E-COMMERCE &CUSTOMER (carring goods using motor vehicles for that)whether the motor vehicles fall under carriage of goods

In common parlour, it is not carriage of goods. The pizza delivery companies have taken special registration from the concerned RTO for their motor cycles.

sir one company receives goods from GTA they are covered under reverse charge mechanism whether they required to issue any invoice on GTA if answer is yes,what document they issue payment vocher or tax invoice

receiver has no GSTIN no. in that cases in the invoice mentioned what ?? that feild is mandatory how can i deal with that situation??

you can issue invoice. I am suggesting to my clients that let the series of invoices issued under RCM should bear a separate series...may be ...coded like.....rcm/xxxxxxx

service provider is fmcg company provide the goods to their dealers but dealers are small persons(below 20 lacs

no, it is not compulsory, since they do NOT have the registration number....

4....taxable outward supply made to registered persons
5....taxable outward inter state supplies to UNREGISTERED persons
6....zero rated supplies
7.....taxable supplies to UNREGISTERED persons other than 5 above
GSTN is not required to be given for such unregistered person supply
