Can Director & Shareholder of a Company / Individual person of Proprietary concern raise a commission Debit Note on personal name ?

I work in a Proprietary concern which is registered person under Service Tax.
We are raising an Invoice with Service Tax.
1. Can owner raise a Commission Debit Note in personal name without charging Service Tax ?
2. Can Director of a Company do the same thing?
If no then provide Section.
