Quoting of wrong Firm registration no. ADT

Hi all
I have uploaded my appointment as auditor on ROC for a period of 5 Years from April 20, however, there was a typo error in quoting firm registration no., what can be done now to correct the mistake????

there is no specific provision for such revision of form as per law. but u can file revised adt 1 with correct details and attach clarification letter - its leads to penalty for filling adt 1

But will there be any consequences since now the STP forms will also be scutinised
