In case of Board Meeting, if the Quorum is not Present than the meeting shall stands adjourned. what if at the Adjourned Meeting also the quorum is not Present?

Section 287 of the companies act,1956 is silent about quorum in the adjourned meeting, hence it may be presumed that an adjourned board meeting without proper quorum is not valid and has to be further adjourned till a proper quorum is formed.

in my knowledge
if at such adjourned meeting the quorum be not present within half an hour from the time appointed for the meeting, those members who are present shall be quorum and may transact the business for which the meeting was called.

Adjoured board meeting should have quorum.
