Question regarding export procedure

12 March 2013 please tell me if i have manufactured excisable goods and export the same
but due to a notification goods are duty free then can i withdraw the registration or if i withdraw then which process of export because at presen container stuffing procedure under supervision of inspector & superintendent at my factory.
if registration is cancelled then what will i do for export???
help me...
can i avail benefit of notification no - 36/2001

12 March 2013 no no IF this exported item is duty free does not go for cancellation of registration.

in this condition, mentioned the "DUTY FREE GOODS" on commercial invoice.

THEN ASK EXCISE INSPECTOR FOR EXAMINATION as well as copy of this Notification THEY WILL SANCTION THE shipment.

12 March 2013 When manufacturer is completely exempt from duty - If products of a manufacturer are completely and unconditionally exempt from duty, he is required to file a declaration in prescribed form to CE authorities. Such declaration is required to be filed only once and not every year.
