05 March 2011 kya c.a ke coaching fees ke u/s 80C ME deduction mil sakte he. u/s 80c me full time course ka kya meaning he. tell me difference between full time & part time course.

05 March 2011 I dnt thnk so ca ki coaching compulsary hai., so not sure for its deduction as well... Nywz, looking forward for more approriate reply....

05 March 2011 Not at all. Here fees paid for education of your child is covered like college fees, school fees etc.
Deduction under this section is available for tuition fees paid on two children’s education

Fees for Private tuition/Coaching Classes not eligible for deduction u/s. 80C :-
The fees should be paid to university, college, school or other educational institution. No deduction available for fees paid for private tuition’s , coaching courses for admission in professional courses or any other type of courses are not covered as that fee is not paid for FULL time education.
