17 June 2015 dear sir/madam
i am professionaly a director in film line and my total income is above 24 lacs..so waht should i do for filling my tax return..some body told me that if income more than 10 lacs than u should file service tax return and for it u should take service tax no. please help me out, i am not getting understand what should i do.

18 June 2015 1. yes you should have applied for service tax number. further, once your gross receipts cross Rs 25 lakhs, you shall also be covered under tax audit provisions and you will have to deduct Tax (TDS) while making payments as per TDS regulations
