Sir/Ma'am,
I want to do the Trading of Used goods on Online, and for that I need Shop Establishment licence, but as I am an Individual and do not have a Company business - so can I get the Shop Establishment licence ?

If you are working from your house or residence then the place of business is the establishment and a licence is required for the same
