Query regarding surrender st-2

15 January 2015 Yesterday,I had surrender ST-2 online after entering all requirements and accepting it, it shows me a windows containing the letter having heading, "surrender ST-2" but before i took its print out, i submitted it.
Now pls tell me how i can get the
said letter once again, as i have to submitted it with department after signing on it.
