whether the Input service tax is fully availed against cenvat and service tax paid on goods transport (carriage outwards) is setoff against cenvat

Input service tax is fully availed against cenvat payable, provided they are input service for the manufacture of the excisable goods liable for cenvat. Tha includes goods transport outwards aswell of the excisable goods.
