Acknowledgement of ITR ..whether to sent by normal post or speed post?

Normal post allowed but if refund then send it via speed post or registered ad only.
Because i recency sent via ordinary post but not reched & refund not yet processed.

Ordinary post OR Speed post is only permitted. Choice is yours.

Both ITRV sending option is Valid. in case of less days to send then send by speed post otherwise Normal post is also good.
