04 June 2013 Can a Individual file Interest Income exceeding Rs. 10000/- cumulatively received from both Monthly Income Scheme from Post office and Fixed Deposit from a Bank in his ITR without having to pay TDS ?

04 June 2013 yes, you need to show both Interest income in ITR.

after that the total tax liability will be calculated on gross income.

No worry for that Bank or P.O. not deducted TDS.
