My brother was working in a small company and he was not having his bank account. He gave 61,000/- to his employer and asked them to credit the same amount to my Account. His employer had credited the same amount to my account but after deduction of Tax @1% under Section 194C. Since I am myself is working in a company and my company deducts Tax (Rs.11,000/- per Annum) and I do not have any income other than salary, I am in trouble now. How to file ITR and which ITR I should file. Request pl. clarify.
