Query regarding form 112

16 February 2021 Hello Sir. I have submitted form 112 but it has approved by RO but send back for correction by RO for external id proof of university. I have edited the form again and submit also. And i have uploaded that form 112 which was submitted at the time of articleship registration . And now the other engagement status is showing submit and also showing the date on which that form had resubmit i.e. 15 feb. 2021 But now i have query i have uploaded my documents for correction and submit the same signed form 112 which i was submit at the time of articleship registration but still action is showing that generate the pdf 112 form then sign and scan then, edit the form and submit. But i am confused .. i have already submit the form 112 which i submit at the time of articleship so why it is showing action like that and if form 112 will signed again then , on which date it will sign today's date or at the articleship date? And 112 form filled at articleship registration date i.e. 1 october 2019. So why is it showing for resubmit.

16 February 2021 I presume that you have registered for Article ship in the pre SSP scenario. Now regularization of form 112 arise in post SSP period. So, do as instructed by the Institute. Date should be the date of Article ship ,otherwise ICAI may ask you late filing fee viz., Rs.10,000.
