I have got exemption in Law for CA Final in Nov 2012 exam.I used this exemption till May 2014 and I scored 60 marks in Accounts for May 2014 attempt but couldnt clear the group but no exemption is alloted to me for my next attempt i.e. Nov 2014. Whether I can get exemption in accounts as this was my last attempt for previous law exemption?

no. you wont get exemption in accounts. As long as you were carrying forward a previous exemption, no new exemption is permitted.
