26 November 2014 Hello sir, My name is Chiranjit and first of all I would like to appreciate your contribution towards the whole community of professional. I have completed my MBA in finance and working with capgemini in controlling and reporting process. My job profile is related to provide support on the finance part of various projects of North america. I have seen many people have completed CA and holding managerial position in capgemini. So I am planning to pursue ICWA. Am I taking a right direction? I want to know that after completion of ICWA will I get preference in my present company or in any other company where I will switch. Is it valuable to do ICWA with job or I would have got more preference if I would have completed ICWA and then take a job. waiting for your advise. Thank you

26 November 2014 The KPOs have their own HR policies. You need to check the internal promotion policy with your company.
If you are claiming that many CAs have managerial positions in Capegemini, then instead of ICWA, doing CPA would be a better option.
