12 March 2015 helo every one, i have a query.My pricipal was a partner in one of the firm and i had registered my articles in the name of firm,but my principal was leaving the firm and starting a new firm in his own capacity.my query is how do i get the article re-register in the name of my principals firm name.I want to continue with the same principal.its very urgent please help me out

12 March 2015 u can take transfer from that partnership firm.. and then get registered under the ca propriterory firm

16 March 2015 my sir was saying that we can change the firm name directly without taking termination and re registration of articles again.
is he right?

16 March 2015 i trully dont have any idea.. also hadnt heard such things.. may b u can do that because u r changing only firm not the principal..

stil its recommended that u can confirm that by calling icai officials
