13 January 2012 we have got the registration u/s10(23C)(via)in 2009 for 3 years but after that an income tax notification 07/2010 has came that registration u/s 10(23C)will be valid for perpetuity .So I want to Know since in the certificate of 10(23C) the date of expiry is return Do I have to Renew the certificate and get it for perpetuity or the certificate is valid.
