Dear Sir/Madam,
A Pvt Ltd Company was in corporated on 30.5.2014. As it is the first year of incorporation, Auditor appointment was not made. When we are filing AOC-4 form it is mandatoryly asking SRN of the ADT-1 filed.
When i tried to enter Z99999999 as the SRN, the form is not accepting.
What is the exact code to be used for filing AOC-4 form.
Kindly let me know procedure.

For 1st auditors appointment also ADT-1 has to be filed electronically , when viewed in the angle of AOC-4 ,though not necessary as per the law.
