Dear All,
One of my client has not taken Professional Tax registration since inception and has not paid P.Tax for last 25 years.
Please suggest what to do...

Quick liasioning is required from local professional Tax office.
It is advisable to take PT registration asap by paying late fee for regn.
I am sure by paying some out of pocket exps, they will give you registration and regularise your PT related compliance.
If possible hire a good labour law consultant having good liasioning with deptt people.
