IGST IS APPLICABLE ON IMPORT OF GOODS. NOW IF I AM IMPORTING BANAGALORE LOCATIOM FOR ACTUAL USE IN DELHI. BANALORE ADDRESS WILL FILE THE BILL OF ENTRY AS THE SAME MENTIONED IN IEC CODE AND SHIPPING LOCATION DELHI.
HOW THE IGST CREDIT WILL BE TAKEN IN DELHI FOR THE SAID IMPORT.
