24 May 2017 IGST IS APPLICABLE ON IMPORT OF GOODS. NOW IF I AM IMPORTING BANAGALORE LOCATIOM FOR ACTUAL USE IN DELHI. BANALORE ADDRESS WILL FILE THE BILL OF ENTRY AS THE SAME MENTIONED IN IEC CODE AND SHIPPING LOCATION DELHI. HOW THE IGST CREDIT WILL BE TAKEN IN DELHI FOR THE SAID IMPORT.

24 May 2017 Raise a GST invoice in Bangalore for stock transfer to Delhi under IGST. Claim ITC credit for the invoice against IGST paid on import.
Claim ITC credit for the Bangalore invoice in Delhi.
Under GST regime IGST has to be paid on inter state stock transfer.
