Plz advise me..
My 1st grp clear In nov 2015 and the last date for submission of Articleship form is 30th april and because of some circumstances I couldn't deposit form as per prescribed period..now I want to deposit but I need to write a valid reason for delay
What should I mention in application??

you can give valid reason because of which u have not submitted form,
however in case of delay icai may asked to provide form 102 stamp paper, stipend proof and work diary to confirm you have started articleship actually from the date mentioned in form 103
