Someone may please see the following and if possible, give reply:

Query 1

As we have filed the TAR manually on 30.09.13, while filing now online for compliance, should we treat it as only ‘REVISED’ or ‘ORIGINAL’.

Ans : ………………(Which is appropriate ‘REVISED’)

12 October 2013 It is treated as Original only...TAR Submitted manually to department is considered just a provisional report only

No problem in treating report as original,,and infact we have to file it as original only
