Someone may please see the following and reply, if possible:

Query(s)

The company does not have the Assessment details for old years (or not known, whether the assessment was done for old years).

In view of the reason, I am unable to fill the Field No.25 in Offline Tax Audit Form – Details of brought forward loss of depreciation allowance…………

Out of four years details, I have details for only one year. Is there any way to proceed?

18 November 2013 In the column 25- details are to be given "to the extent available" has been written.
.
This does not mean that the details which can be availed from the earlier years records can be skipped by the auditors.
.
Try to obtain the details from the client or by logging into e-filing web-site of the clients.

19 November 2013 Please refer to the ITR's of earlier years. You can definitely trace out the details of the unabsorbed depreciation and business losses over there.
