Query applying for DIN

I am applying for the DIN of a married lady.I have her Driving License and Pan card as the address and the ID proof. But her name is spelled wrongly in her PAN card. Therefore i decided to attach her DL as the ID and address proof both. Now in her DL, her father's name is not mentioned, instead her husband's name is mentioned. Also if i attach her marksheet as the proof of her father's name, her sur name is different in that as the lady is married.

Please suggest me which documents should i attach while applying for her DIN.

14 December 2010 pass port is better enough. In pan card, name is spelled wrong, you please advice them to correct the name first. because, pan record must be correct. In future it will help you.

She doesn't even have a passport.. can i attach her mark sheet with her marriage certificate along with the DIN?

15 December 2010 Seems difficult to obtain DIN with the available documents. But try as follows.
1) For address and identity proof use DL.
2) For fathers's name attach mark sheet and marriage certificate along with an affidavit in stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- duly notarized.
